Daehong Communications, a South Korean advertising agency and a subsidiary of the Lotte Group, has partnered with Aptos Foundation to launch a strategic global expansion using Web3 technology.
This collaboration by Daehong and Aptos marks the start of creating a central Web3 hub for Lotte, a massive South Korean conglomerate that oversees around 90 corporate organizations.
Daehong announced plans to launch several initiatives within Lotte Group’s Web3 hub, including loyalty programs, projects featuring NFT-based profile images, and entertainment endeavors.
Daehong has laid the groundwork for future NFT projects and applications across several Lotte Group divisions. Future Web3 initiatives will include loyalty programs to increase fan engagement and new payment mechanisms to protect collectibles and eliminate counterfeit tickets.
Furthermore, Daehong intends to increase the value of Web3 initiatives through worldwide growth, beginning with a collaborative ecosystem venture between NFT and digital collectible companies BellyGom and the South Korean national football B squad, Baeho Eleven.
In this program, selected BellyGom NFTs will be moved to Aptos, allowing users to benefit from the project through the Aptos mainnet.
Customers can use their awards to purchase things available on Aptos, with the blockchain enabling Baekho Eleven’s official loyalty program for the Qatar Asian Cup.
