The live tracer by Sina Mahmoodi, introduced by Ethereum developer Marius Van Der Wijden, tracks changes in Ethereum and ERC-20 token balances in real time across numerous addresses. It also allows CSV report downloads for each address to improve asset tracking.

EIP Progress through Electra Hard Fork
