The live tracer by Sina Mahmoodi, introduced by Ethereum developer Marius Van Der Wijden, tracks changes in Ethereum and ERC-20 token balances in real time across numerous addresses. It also allows CSV report downloads for each address to improve asset tracking.

Furthermore, the topic of debate centers on EIP 7251, which suggests raising the maximum validator balance to 2048 ETH. The custom withdrawal cap for substantial sums above 32 ETH is still up for question, though.
EIP Progress through Electra Hard Fork
