Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson’s gaming startup, RFLXT, launched its first game, Voyager: Ascension, on the Gala Games platform today, April 23. He later informed users of the X platform about the impending initiative.
Hoskinson’s decision comes despite Cardano being a blockchain project with virtual entertainment capabilities. RFLXT claims it has always targeted as many chains and platforms as feasible. They saw Gala as a natural partner because they shared similar goals.
The game is a revised version of the 2018 science fiction first-person shooter Overload, which is accessible for free on Gala Games.
The company will subsequently release the RFLXT platform, which will be a significant step in the process, including games using Digital Doubles integration. Digital Doubles is an artificial intelligence tool that would enable influencers and streamers to incorporate their avatars into the game environment.
