Charles Hoskinson, the blockchain platform’s founder, has announced a significant update to the RATS staking pool, which he co-founded three years ago.
The pool, whose name is a play on Hoskinson’s “King of Rats” moniker granted by a competitor CEO, has been a popular site for Cardano users looking to delegate their ADA currency and earn incentives.
However, the RATS pool has advanced with the incorporation of Cardano-node 8.9.1, which allows it to sign Mithril certificates and take advantage of the network’s new peer-to-peer features for increased connection.
Hoskinson used social media X to mobilize his supporters, pushing them to delegate their ADA to the updated RATS pool. He vowed that all staked cash will be directed into “RATS-related shenanigans” – a tantalizing hint of exciting events to come.
