Arcade just revealed on Medium their intention to distribute 4,000 wallets with ARCD tokens as part of its “Clash of Claims” airdrop.
These wallets will all be able to claim 750 ARCD tokens each. This initiative’s snapshot is scheduled to be taken on February 19 at 8:00 p.m. UTC. Token distribution will take place in two phases: public claim and whitelist.
Arcade plans to select 2,000 wallets at random during the whitelist stage of the snapshot. NFT collections like Pudgy Penguin, Lil Pudgy, or Sappy Seal should be kept in these wallets.
The other 2,000 wallets will be chosen at random based on whether Solana or Bitcoin wallets with NFT collections—like Mad Lads, Tensorians, BTC Puppets, NodeMonkes, or RSIC—connect successfully at the time of the snapshot.
The participants’ schedule has been made public by Arcade, but the details of the random selection procedure remain unknown. The public claim phase will begin at 9:00 p.m. UTC on February 21, after the Whitelist phase, which runs from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. UTC on the same day.
The blog post states that the public claim phase will go on until every position left over from the whitelist phase has been claimed. Arcade, formerly known as Pawn.fi, is an NFT platform that lets users borrow money secured by high-end digital memorabilia.
