The owners of the “Own The Doge” group, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), have declared that they have acquired the copyrights on the Shiba Inu image. Dogecoin is an Ethereum-based altcoin that is the source of the well-known Doge meme and its cryptocurrencycurrency symbol.
The “Own the Doge” project’s leaders, John Monarch and Tridog, announced that an agreement with Sato had been made to obtain the rights to the project’s title. The copyright difficulties will be resolved by this decision, which will also pave the road for collaborations with well-known brands.
The Shiba Inu, named Kabosu, gained notoriety on the internet in 2010 after her owner, Atsuko Sato, uploaded a picture of the dog online. Dogecoin has firmly established itself as a unique cryptocurrencycurrency, from the bewildered expression photo that quickly went viral and became known as a meme called “Doge” to the non-fungible token (NFT) sales that were noted on numerous cryptocurrencycurrency platforms.
Because they want to unite users and developers under one roof, the developers won’t stop anyone from making Doge memes or fostering a sense of community.
